Frequently asked questions
How does the 15-day trial work?
When you request the free report, you automatically get 15 days of full Pro access — Intelligence, Advisor AI, PDF export — with no credit card. Afterwards choose Radar, Pro, or Strategy. If you do nothing, your account is paused.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrading from Radar to Pro is immediate. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal — you keep your data, but Pro features are turned off.
How long does the launch offer last?
Launch prices (Radar €79, Pro €149) are valid until 30 June 2026. Anyone who subscribes by then keeps the locked price until their current plan ends — even after list prices rise to €89 and €199.
How does annual billing work? How much do I save?
Annual billing means 10 monthly instalments instead of 12 — two months free. Launch offer: Radar annual €66/month (€790 total vs €948 monthly × 12). Pro annual €124/month (€1,490 total vs €1,788 monthly × 12). Paid in one upfront charge.
When will the Strategy plan launch?
Strategy is rolling out soon. It includes comms project management, an editorial AI plan with reasoning for each action, an exportable initial strategic analysis in PDF, and multi-level reporting (weekly, monthly, final). To join the early access list, email info@strateego.ai.
What if I use all 100 Advisor messages?
You are notified at 80%. After 100, you can buy packs of 50 extra messages for €10 or wait for the monthly reset. Messages do not roll over month to month.
Do I need to install anything or connect integrations?
